With its Bluetooth® Smart interface the Leica DISTO™ supports the latest Leica DISTO™ sketch app version 2.0. It transfers measuring data to the cursor positions in any iOS or Windows 8 program without the need of installing any extra software.

- The Laser Measuring Tape Leica DISTO D810 touch is equipped with a large touch screen for quick and intuitive operation. Using Common gestures such as swipe and zoom with two fingers can be used and hereby all functions are simply and easily accessible and measurements can also be taken using the touch screen, which avoids moving the Leica DISTO™ D810 touch during the measurement.
Revolutionary – Measure with a picture
- It has never been easier to obtain the width, height, area or even the diameter of an object. One measurement at right angles to the object is all it takes. Then the desired dimension is marked using two arrows in the picture and the measured value appears in the display. In addition to the zoom on the Pointfinder, an overview camera is available for large objects.
Never loose sight – Documentation using pictures
- The camera function of the Leica DISTO™ D810 touch can be used to create pictures or screen shots for recording purposes and can be downloaded to a computer via the USB interface. No details are lost concerning the measured target points.
Simple and Precise Targeting – Pointfinder with Overview Camera and 4X Zoom
- With the integrated digital Point-finder, the Leica Distometer DISTO D810 touch easily and accurately takes measurements in unfavorable light conditions. The implemented overview camera provides excellent overview or the measurement target, in a second step the target can be zoomed in four stages with the 1x, 2x and 4x zoom. Even when laser point is no longer visible to the naked eye, the target can be seen perfectly on the large, high resolution display of the Leica DISTO™ D810 touch.
Quick Sketching on the Job Site – Bluetooth® Smart with App
- The latest “Leica DISTO™ sketch” app is the ideal link between the Leica DISTO™ D810 touch and a smartphone or tablet. Create easily scaled sketches, dimension objects in a photo and check drawings with the app. It is possible to integrate detailed sketches in an existing plan view. This allows you to have all the information together in a single document. The files can be sent by e-mail directly to the office.
Flexible data transfer
- In keypad mode, you can link your Leica Distancemeter DISTO D810 touch to your computer and send measured values in the form of a keyboard entry to any program. This provides a high degree of flexibility.

- The Leica DISTO™ D810 touch laser tape offers all these features combined with a measuring range up to 200m and a measuring accuracy of ±1mm according to ISO standard 16331-1. “PROTECT by Leica Geosystems” and the option to register the tool give additional safety.
